Dear Groupon (if anyone who can do anything will actually read this - and care)
In December I decided to try out GROUPON for the first time - bought a set of knives for R399.
Eagerly awaited the delivery - which never occured - emailed in February and got a generic response (appears no one actually knew what happened to these knives - lovely stock control if it is actually controlled at all - some scored a late Christmas present). If someone useful at Groupon does read this my ticket # is (still) 692247.
Eventually I was told it would be refunded afterwhich I gave my banking details. Then a week later was told my account would be credited... ummmm no - I will never again use this service.
Now I went on to the service site for my ticket number and it notes that the ticket/complaint is now resolved and closed - please tell me how this is possible?
Anyone got any idea's how to go beyond the pathetic call center and get to someone who actually understands business, the value of word of mouth and customer service???
