Pathetic Customer Service

We purchased 3x Ticket deals through Groupon for the 80's Rewind Festival which was held on 3 November 2012 at the Supersport Park Stadium in Centurion.
The deal was that you get an 80's Rewind CD (which was available in Music stores country wide right after the event) with your ticket for the show if purchased through Groupon - which we did!
We collected our tickets at the event and gave up our details and addresses to some ladies at the Groupon stand who submitted this on a Laptop.
When we noticed that we're not receiving our CD's we started emailing, calling and posting on the Groupon Facebook page - submitting all our details AGAIN - yet nothing happened.
It has been 4 months and 12 days since we attended the event.
We even posted on their FB wall saying that we will go and buy the 3x 80's Rewind CD's from a music store and send Groupon the invoice. But that too, was left unattended.
How can this be called customer service?
