I ordered a TOMATO ORANGE WATCH from on the 31st of January this year I called groupon a couple of times asking the whereabouts and i was to that my order was on its way . i only got my order last week the 12.03.2013. Anyway i received a wrong watch, i asked for orange and i got black. I have been calling for the past week to get my correct order to no avail. I spoke to Beverly on the 12 March she said she will take my query and come back to me, to which she never did. Then on the 15 March i spoke to Ganifa who also said she will get back to me... but never did. She said she will find out from the courier company. and till today i am still waiting, with a watch i dont want and i paid for!!! i am very disappointed by the level on unprofessionalism from these ladies and groupon for the wrong order. i will not be using your services ever again!!
