It's been over two weeks since I submitted my first report. Groupon SA is very good at responding by acknowledging they have received the complaint, they will enquire with the supplier and revert back. Unfortunately they never get back to us up until you send another report again. Even after that they still provide the same reply and just don't do anything different. Groupon SA your service big time.
