Order have not been delivered and no response

I logged a request with your helpdesk a week ago (#643426 Re: [Groupon SA] Re: Voucher code: 0010242KWR) about an order and it has not even been assigned to a agent? My order was placed almost 8 weeks ago now. Can someone please follow up on this, it was supposed to have been delivered by Christmas 2012 already.
