Worst refund experience

I have purchased an item from groupon, which on delivery weren't even packaged properly and the quality was shocking. Following the correct procedure for a return/refund they came to collect it with the arrangement I will be debited in 3-5 working days. After 2 weeks I received an email stating that my groupon account will be debited. During the 2 weeks I sent numerous mails with no response. After finally calling they, without any apology or explination just said that they will debit my credit card withing 3 - 5 working days. Two days later i again received the mail about my groupon account being debited. Again I got no response to my mails. Finally after more than a month I received my money, without any communication or apology. Why do I need to fight so much for getting back what is rightfully mine?! Bad customer service and very unprofessional. Lost all my trust in groupon.
