I placed an order for the 3 tier & teacup baking mould on the 29th January 2013.
I read the Fine Print which states, "ALLOW UP TO 4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY"
I called on the week of the 25th of February and was told another story of when they start counting 4 weeks (apparently from the 13th, I have no idea Why but that would still take it to the 13th March)
I called on the week of the 13th March and was told that delivery will take place in the next 5- 7 working days. ANOTHER DATE.
It is now the 25th March and I call the trusty call centre agents who have their answers planned out for them and as expected the person says to me that I should receive my parcel by THURSDAY the 28th March which is 2 MONTHS / 8 WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED.
IF YOU CANNOT OR DO NOT WANT TO DELIVER THE PARCEL THAT I HAVE PAID FOR ALREADY PLEASE!!! GIVE ME A REFUND NOW. I REFUSE TO WAIT ANY LONGER FOR THE ITEM OR MY MONEY BACK
WHEN I PAID IT WAS IMMEDIATE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.
IT WAS THE FIRST ITEM I PURCHASE THROUGH GROUPON AND TRUST ME IT WAS THE LAST AS WELL. I AM SHOCKED AT THIS SERVICE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I WONDER IF I WOULD GET A RESPONSE HERE.
