I ordered something off Groupon on 18th December 2012 and my voucher was redeemed by them on the 24th. It had a 4 week estimated delivery time (i.e. should have arrived on Jan 21st).
Since then I've sent three emails asking about my delivery. The first two resulted in generic replies saying they would talk to the supplier and I would be informed when it's coming, but not really actually telling me anything. The third one which I sent one week ago still has not been replied to.
It's now been more than two months since I paid for the product, and to make things even more frustrating, they've run the same sale on the item I purchased since then! If the supplier is that bad, why run their special again?
I'm going to think long and hard before using Groupon again, it seems to be more stress than it's worth.
