Appalled by service delivery

I purchased a laptop cover for a Mac book pro in August of 2012, the cost of this item was R599. I was assured delivery within 2 weeks and was subsequently informed a month later on MY enquiry that they no longer had the said cover because they had not ordered enough stock. I was assured that they would try getting another colour or the one I had ordered. I contacted them again and asked for a refund, a cash refund but have not been contacted since. I also purchased a spar voucher and the company had apparently backed out. I again requested a refund but have not heard from them. I am extremely disappointed and disgruntled with the level of service received and poor feedback. It is a laborious and lengthy process reaching them as there's usually an approximate 20 minute waiting time before you can speak to a consultant! It has now been months and yet I have not heard from them not received my refund. I am appalled!
