GROUPON'S CLIENT SERVICE IS SHOCKING

AFTER SENDING NUMEROUS EMAILS TRYING TO GET A CREDIT BACK ON SOMETHING I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR ON GROUPON I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CREDIT. GROUPON'S CLIENT SERVICE JUST IGNORES ALL MY EMAILS THEN HAS THE CHEEK TO SEND ME AN EMAIL WANTING TO KNOW IF I'M SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.

I PAID FOR A VOUCHER AND BECAUSE THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PAYMENT (EVEN THOUGH IT WENT THROUGH ON MY BANK ACCOUNT) MY VOUCHER WAS REJECTED. NOW I HAVE PAID FOR SOMETHING I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AND GROUPON AREN'T RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS.

YUSUF INITIALLY SENT A REPLY, THEN HAS JUST BLATANTLY IGNORED ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION.

I WANT MY CREDIT BACK OR MY MONEY RETURNED. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR A VOUCHER I DO NOT RECEIVE.
