On the 18th January I purchased the Orthopedic Memory foam pillows an am still waiting for them, I assume that, after reading reports, I am not going to get what was advertised, that is of course if I ever receive anything as I am no longer receiving answers to my emails!! I have now decided that I am going to report this situation to the Consumer Council as that is why there is a Consumer Protection Act in place.
