I bought 2 e-scooters from groupon. When I eventually received it after waiting few weeks both were damaged. I phoned customer care and the lady promised to phone me back in few minutes. Few hours past allready and no call from them if I try to phone again I hold on for half an hour then gets disconnected. Thanks for spoiling christmas groupon!!
