If you can't deliver DON'T take payment & orders

Paid and placed an order on 25/01/2013. Delivery period was 4 weeks. Due date was 26/02/2013.

Received email from Tammy on 21/02/2013: "Please expect delivery in 3 - 4 weeks from the date of redemption - 29.01.2013"
Sent two emails to Tammy after the due date and no response!!!

If you can't deliver I want a refund.
