L purchased a Zando voucher for R99.00 via eft (payment confirmation available) to groupon. l did not receive the voucher because they tell me it was not permitted which is fine by me. l requested they give me an explanation was payment was not permitted and they did not do that. l also asked for credit of the R99.00 so that l can go ahead to purchase other delas and l still havent heard from them. l sent another email maybe requesting for a refund as they were still quite and still no response. Groupon is a trusted online transaction dealer and this type of attitude makes me wonder if they do that to many people. Worst of all they do not respond with a positive or negative answer. l do not trust to pay them again if they fail to deliver. l am not willing to lose money because they are not responding to emails. l really ask them to either refund me my money or to credit my account.
