I bought a deal for a product on Groupon, there was no action needed on my side, the product was to be delivered at the latest 4 weeks after purchase, 2 months have gone by, numerous emails later, I am told that I need to send their refund department an email. I have sent numerous emails to their "refund" department with no reply with the exception of "rate the service." What service have I received? All Groupon on has done successfully is to tell me that I will not receive my product, and take my money. After the 4th mail to their refunds department and waiting another 4 weeks for them to reply I still have nothing while they earn a nice little interest from my hard earned money.!
