In December last year I ordered and paid for two wine aerators that I wanted to give as Christmas gifts. I received a voucher number from them and supplied a delivery address on 1st December 2012. To date I have not received what I ordered.
When I phoned to demand a refund on 26th February 2013 the person who took my acted as this sort of complaint was an everyday occurrence and displayed the most disinterested attitude I have encountered. Judging from other complaints on Hello Peter, it would seem that this type of bad service is the norm for Dealclick. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
