Yet again it is the beginning of a new week, and still have not received my parcel as promised, made the phone call at 09:47 today, to be told "I will arrange delivery to you now, it will take 5-7 days" It is the same that was told to me last week monday. I have now cancelled this order just to hear it will take 2 weeks to cancel it... you can not contact the credit department... wonder why not? Because they are as incompetent as the rest of the people at GROUPON. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in a company. And they think they can surprise you with a voucher of R100.00 in our GROUPON Account... what can you buy for R100??? K ALL... I will not spend any more money on company that does not deliver. Maybe if it was a voucher for the same amount as what the order was... GROUPON is a joke... bad service equals bad management... so just imagine how bad the management is...
