Not receiving goods

I bought a HSO Power Blender on a promotion on the internet via Groupon at their Bloemfontein branch on the 15th of DECEMBER 2012. they told me that delivery date will be 3 - 4 weeks. Well it is now the 9th week and still they say delivery will be in 3-4 weeks. How can they advertise and never send your stuff. They were good enough to receive my money? I was the fifth one who bought a blender. I send them emails and and they did not respond on the latest few emails?
I phoned HSO Headoffice and talked to me Maria Wernig and she told me there is enough stock but the problem with Groupon who dont pay HSO for the blenders so they dont receive the stuff?
