I ordered orthopedic memory foam matrresses with pillows & sheets from Groupon on 27th Dec 2012 and have still not received my delivery. After emailing them was informed my items will be delivered within 3 - 4 weeks, this on the 24th January. It is now the 21th February, I have called them and was informed that it will only be delivered within 4-5 weeks, with absolute no apologies or reasons. Call centre lady was babbling along as she did not know what respone to give me. I asked to be put through to a manager who would be able to assist me, and was cut off. This is '', whatever you call it as Groupon has not delivered as per agreement. There is absolute no follow up from them. Disgusting!
