Received "Memory Foam Pillows" ordered in November on 21 December. The product is laughable. It is about half the size of a normal pillow and is stuffed with foam chips. It is clearly not memory foam as supplied by numerous other suppliers. I e-mailed them on the same to say I am not satisfied and want instructions as to what to do to be refunded. They responded on 22 December to say goods will be delivered in 3-4 weeks from redemtion and I will receive an sms when the goods are on its way. I had to indicate if I am happy with their reponse. Obviously they did not even read my complaint. I informed them as such and since then and two further e-mails and several attempts to phone (with queues of 50 and more to their number) I have had no response whatsoever. Please do not order these inferior product from Groupon. You will regret doing business with them.
