Poor service and No Delivery

I bought a Busby Leather Wine Cooler set on the 6th December 2012 for delivery within 4 weeks. Two months has since passed and i'm yet to receive my purchase. I sent an email four weeks ago to enquire, got an automated response. I emailed a follow up enquiry again two weeks and also got an automated response that my query would be escalated. To this day i have had no contact or feedback. This is simply unacceptable
