On the 3rd od Dec 2012 I made a purchase to Groupon and I did not receive my voucher..when I followed up I was told that at the time when I made the payment the voicher had already expired. Now from that on I have been following up on my refund and i sent emails to each and every consultant that has attended to my email and at last on the 2nd Jan 2013 Laura informed me that I will receive my refund within 3- 5 working days... today its the 7th working day after that was promised. I followed up with an email after day 6 with no response.
