I purchased an item on groupon on 19.11.2012 and have still not received the product. i received a call on the 17.12.2012 saying that i should expect delivery no later than the 20.12.2012. No delivery yet!!! i have made numerous attempts to call and email and have not received a proper response as to what the problem is. An automated response does not qualify as feedback. i am absolutly disappointed with how this matter has been handled. Look at all the previous complaints i see that this is an ongoing issue with your'll. you are quick to state that payment needs to be made within 5days but yet you cant keep up with delivery.
