No delivery and no response - Very disappointed

I bought the Air-O-Space 5-in-1 sofa bed on 23 November 2012. Delivery period on this item was 4 weeks.
After the 4 week period I made numerous calls on which the operator merely hanged up without a word.
After quering the delivery of item on the Groupon website Ronelle W Abrahams responded with the following message, "My apologies that you have not received your purchase yet. Please note that there was a stock issue with the 5 in 1 sofa deal. Stock is being ordered for your deal and should take two weeks."
Two weeks later I tried again to get hold of Ronelle but to no avail.
Numerous times I have also requested a refund with no response and again the operator tends to hang up without answering calls.
