Months for a refund??

In November I advised cancellation of purchase of Watchbot camera as it was not per spec advertised. Groupon messed up the "collect and reimburse" and had it as "collect and redeliver" but once that was sorted CourierIt eventually collected it earl.y December. I am still waiting for my refund (supposed to be 3 - 5 days!!) Emails to Chantal now get ignored or inane standard "please rate our service" auto responses - what service??? Call centre has 37 calls waiting - an expensive wait as I am in Durban. Come on Groupon, sort it out!!! As soon as you have I will be unsubscribing from your site permanently as this is not the first substandard product I have had to return. The handheld airconditoner was a joke but the reimbursement was relatively efficient for that one. Elizabeth Vorwerk
