Once again, I have been rudely reminded why Groupon has one of the worst reputations there is. I have waited in line for 15 minutes, using my precious airtime to fix something you up, and when I was finally 'the first caller in line' you drop my call?
Don't give me your standard reply, I would like to know how you are planning to refund my airtime that I used trying to get some service out of you.
Looking at all the complaints I think its high time the complaints commission (or another governing body) shut you down.
