A while ago, HelloPetter assisted me with getting a good service from Groupon regarding faulty devices that I bought from them. They arranged for couriers to collect the devices but everything else since then has gone back to the usual bad service. I've called their customor line to no avail. Today, they line has been engaged for most of the day. It disturbing to realise that we as consumers have to use 'HelloPeter' before they take our complaints seriously. I am still waiting for Groupon to get back to me regarding my refund.
