I called groupon this morning at 8:01am, their operating times are from 8am in the morning. From the moment I called there 2 calls in line and I kept holding for another 15 minutes. At 8:16am I was then 1st in line but I continued to hold again until 8:30am. How can I wait for 30minutes when there were only 2calls waiting before me. And I ran out of airtime!
