This is my second complaint on hello peter about my order #609849 (which was incorrectly delivered, and needs to be exchanged) with Groupon. I have complaint numerous times on there support website that is completely useless, they keep updating my order is completed which it DEFINATLY IS NOT.
The have NEVER send any feedback!! Only feedback i recived was to send my details to [Email Removed] which i did twice and ofcource no feedback after that.
They just sent a confirmation messgae that you have complaint and thats it.
At the end of the day, they just dont give a hoot about you. All i would like it some indication if the exchange is going to take place or not and when. ORDER #609849 placed in October 2012
