I bought a voucher for accommodation at Matingwe Game Lodge last year, and after a series of events (Matingwe's fault) that led to the reservation being changed 3 times, and their subsequent disappearance off the face of the earth when I tried to contact them a week ago, Groupon (although they had no obligation to) gave me a full credit for the amount of the voucher. Their attitude was awesome and helpful, and I will now be able to book elsewhere after Matingwe's horrendous disappointment. Thank you Groupon for turning an awful experience into a pleasant one.
