I had a deal on Groupon which is expiring on the 29th of January! I have notified Groupon (agents name: Candise Hollister) more times than i can count that we are fully booked and that they should either stop selling vouchers or notify the client's that we are fully booked before purchasing a voucher!! THEY HAVE NOT DONE THIS and have not responded to emails sent or provided any assistance what so ever!!
I really do not know how to handle this situation anymore as my salons name is now being trashed due to Groupons extremely bad service!!
