I placed 2 orders online 10 Jan 2014, and paid with my credit card. The 1 order came after 7 days, I was very happy with it and the quality. The second order for Betty Washing, never came, its the 15th day today, I emailed at least 10 times and called once. Very unhelpful and uninformed. I also wanted to query the Betty order, as after the day I bought them, they had another offer on the same at a quarter of the price I paid. Still there was no response or answer as to why. Unhappy customer who wont buy again
