"I would like to lodge a complaint about the poor service I have received from above with regards to the Christmas specials.I still have not received three of my orders which was supposed to be delivered on 20 Dec. Neither have I received any follow up or feedback as to WHY I have not yet received these orders. As a matter of fact I have lodge a call to their ever so busy call centre just before Christmas on 3 occasions. On the first two after holding for 45 mins, the calls were dropped. On the 21st of Dec I managed to get through just to be informed by a lady that I will unfortunately only receive some of my orders after Christmas. When I explained to her that this was unfortunately not acceptable, she informed me that her supervisor would phone me - still not heard from him. Sent complaint on 15th - they informed me per generated e mail they are doing their best but no further feedback or information. The quality of their service is shocking
