A product worth about R 4 000 and I needed some feedback on the product.
I certainly cannot just buy something like this without knowing all the facts.
I emailed and phoned nearly everyday but there was no response to my questions.
Eventually I get an email stating that the promotion was over after repeating my email everyday while the promotion was on.
Their service is pathetic.
Maybe the questions I asked would have demonstrated that the product is sub standard and that's why no answers?
