I have been contacting the person via email and telephone but no response its been going on like this for months and not only to mention this company owes me so much money because i cancelled time share with them within my cooling off period but they still debited 4 months after that Charleen was the one handling that query so all together i had r800 worth of unpaid debit charges that i had to pay wich i feel is not fair because i cancelled it but they took there own time doing this i would like to know who is responsible and i would like all monies paid back to me that i had to pay and now i want to book my free holiday but not one person is responding to the dates i have forwarded what am i to do now.
