Incompetent staff, no sign of refund 6 weeks late

I purchased a Spar beerfest ticket over 6 weeks ago. At the time of purchasing the ticket read valid for any day thurs-Sunday. Once the ticket was purchased the small print read valid only for thurs - friday. I wanted to attend the event on Saturady so the ticket was therefore useless to me. On notifying the customer service desk they advised that I would be refunded. The following week they confirmed they had paid the amount back into my credit card, to date this was never received. I have since spoken to 4 seperate call centre agents, 1 manager (Maurisia), faxed 2 seperate bank statements and made 2 seperate calls to my bank for them to only come back and say no refund was ever paid into my account (something I already knew). As of Friday still no feedback. This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life and Id advise anyone and everyone from purchasing itmes from groupon. The discount you are receiving from them can in no way make up for the pain you may experience in dealing with them.
