I have ordered an item on Groupon in middle November. I have made sure that I would have it in time for Christmas as it is a present for someone. After the time passed that I was suppose to have received my parcel, I phoned to check up on progress. I was shunted back and forth between Groupon and the courier company, and finally after 3days someone awoke, and realized that my order was cancelled! No notice, nothing. My account was merely credited and I am forced to make use of the USELESS again!!! Really!
No man, that's utter bad service. I am highly disappointed and flippen angry.
Get yourselves together! Companies should start appreciating customers that's keeping them in business!
