I Purchased a Globus MyStim2 from Groupon SA. Upon recieving the goods I noticed a large crack in the clear screen covering the LCD display, due to poor handling/ packaging. I notified Groupon that very night via email with pictures attached. I also mentioned the fact that on the waybill the package contents was marked as "Flyer". To my knowledge, it should have been maked as " Elcetronic Goods - FRAGILE". I have sinced also started phoning them and after 2 weeks the responses I get from rude telephone consultants is " our technical team is still looking into it - please be patient". Surely a problem like this can be resolved in less than a 2 days
