Oh where to start. And they don't respond. Go figure! my company ran specials on Groupon 2 years ago. Just before ours went live, a competitor company ran the same specials. these specials had never been run before, now they on groupon every week! Their reply to running it a week before us - they wanted to test it. The other company sold over 1000, we sold 250 only. First bad mark. Then they contact us again, make appointments andnever show up. just bad client relations in general. We do run again, was an ok response. A year later they begging us to run a special again, so we go through the whole schlep of signing forms and contracts and dong pricing - and lo and behold our exact pricing goes live with a competitor company! The rep doesnt even bother to call us back and let us know. Then we get a call about a montyh an a half later asking if we want to book a slot for next year. Uhm, no Groupon. You guys. You treat us like rubbish and waste my time with calls. pity you dont respond. i would love to have at least one person at groupon show that they even remotley care about something other than the money lining thier pockets!
