Lack of response to a query

Hi

I emailed customer support a pmt query, the automated response say 3 days response time, its been 9 days and no response from Groupon SA.

I have mailed them several times and nothing has helped!

So now I want my pmt to be refunded, Im over waiting for Groupon to rectify the problem.
