Ubbish company, and even poorer customer service

Bought 2 items, 1 delivered, only 2 responses to emails in 2 months, I had to phone twice and they keep your money without supplying the goods! Rubbish company and even more pathetic Customer Service dept. NO Service! 2 months now they say they will refund lets see!
