As walking through Greenstone mall with my 15 year old daughter, we got stopped by a promotion stand selling their hair products, it was Christmas so we agreed to let them do the demonstration. The consultant Fellipe insured us that the product is refundable if my daughter couldn't use it. my daughter burnt herself trying to use it. I tried as well and it is not user friendly.sivan the manager took two months to get back to me regarding my refund and to date has refused to help. I don't want an exchange or to be taught how to use a hair product if it dangerous.firstly don't promote to kids and secondly customer service should be your first priority otherwise you are just another rogue company out to exploit people. Please do not BUY from this company, they are not worth it. I have emails from their going back and forth regarding getting my money back and yet it was all a stall.
