The only reason that Mica Ballito makes money is because of there location. The advice and profeffionlism of the staff is pathetic. I had to return something to them twice because of bad advice and had to buy something much more expensive as they did not have the same product in stock. When I asked for discount they gave some but did not come close to what I paid for, and for less product.
I left the shop and went to Builders Express where I found the same product for 20 % cheaper without having to ask for a discount.
