I purchased a Corioliss C3 (which has a 3 year warranty) through Groupon in July... It wasn't working so they sent the courier company to fetch it... It is now the last day of October and i still haven't received a replacement product... I have contacted them on numerous occasions and it's always the same... They ask what happened, tell me they'll check up and get back to me and they never do... It's infuriating... I do not know what else to do now... I just want my product!!!
