I am extremely disappointed by their new billing system.
I logged on today to follow up on 2 orders I placed on 11.10.2013
only to find out that payment for my order has been refused, because I paid 1 cent extra on the required price!!
I have been a sales executive for yrs and have never heard of such a thing??
there is nothing on the payment screen that warns you not to pay more or U have to pay the exact amount to the tee!
nor do they contact you to let you know that you order has been refused and be given reasons why?
because this would give one a chance to rectify any mistakes done.
So now I am being told that I will loose out on the deals because I paid more!!
i was supposed to pay the exact amount, since this is a automised system, then what the heel was the ref number for??
