I ordered an item a month ago, they said delivery will be within 2 weeks, i still have not received my item, nor have i heard anything from the company, i have emailed customer service about my delivery, and have not received a response, no updates, no delay messages, no apologies nothing!!! Which is extremely bad and could be considered as as the item's cost has been debited off my account a month ago. Service like this is what makes it hard for people to buy online and trust companies like this., i am ex termly upset and disgusted about this., this is peoples hard earned money that people take advantage of. i sincerely hope my order arrives soon, or i am reimbursed, or i will be forced to take this further.
