I purchased 2 tickets for the Shoe Extravaganza at Melrose Arch through Groupon and I attended the event on 29/9/2013. When I got there, I found that there were only 12 stalls as some of the vendors cancelled their contracts due to the poor public turnout and lack of advertising/marketing (the vendors were promised 4000 feet per day). Over and above that, the worst thing was that I found you could walk in without paying a cent (it would appear that they allowed free entrance due to the poor turnout). I would like my money to please be refunded! I paid R120!

Groupon did not respond to two of emails 30/9/2013 and 7/10/2013. Both times I emailed [Email Removed]
