I purchased a course via Groupon more than a month ago. When I recieved no code for the product, I querieed this.
I received a token email saying "we care" and nothing more. I was asked twice for proof of payment after sending them the original during the transaction.
I asked for a refund as I have not recieved any product or code. For the past week, I have been ignored despite asking for feedback and a resolution for the past week.
