I Purchased a voucher for orthopedic pillows in November 2012 and was sent email communication on 3 occasions promising that delivery would be made by no later than 20th December 2012. Needless to say this was not done. I then received further communication after speaking to a consultant at the call centre and was promised delivery during the week of the 14th of January 2013.
It has been 2 months since the purchase - i receive no communication - have to continually follow up for my delivery and yet this item is still being sold on your website after having being told that they are having problems with the supplier.
This is unacceptable service delivery and a breach of your own terms.
