I bought a deal from Groupon only to find that what they had sent me was not what was advertised but instead a cheap imitation. Below I provide further details but I am utterly disgusted and have never before been ripped off so badly.
The deal offered was for a wireless keyboard that retails for R1299 with the following specs:
- battery 350mah
- use time 160 hours
- standby: 90 days
What I received was clearly different to the pictures contained in the deal and was clearly a cheap no-name brand fongkong imitation with the following specs:
- battery 160mah
- use time 55 hours
- standby: 60 days
I have been to the chinese market in Bruma and found the exact product for R350. So Groupon advertised a product that cost R350 as one costing R1299 telling people they were getting a 54% discount by paying only R599.
